When you use the contact form, we collect your full name, phone number, email address and the
content of your message. When you book a discovery call, the booking is handled through Google
Calendar, and the information you enter is processed by Google. - Purpose and legal basis
Your data is used only to reply to your request and to manage the resulting business relationship.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and, where applicable,
steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Your data is never sold and is not used
for advertising. - Recipients
Your data is accessible only to the data controller. It is stored by our hosting provider, Hostinger
International Ltd. (Cyprus), and, for call bookings, processed by Google. These providers act as
processors and may only process data in line with applicable data protection law. - Retention
- Contact enquiries: 3 years from our last contact, then deleted.
- Clients: 5 years after the end of the contract.
- Accounting documents: 10 years, as required by law.
